Come in and try a Muay Thai class! Classes are beginner or advanced level friendly. *morning trial classes during the week can be arranged by contacting us at thenextelementacademy@gmail.com to set an appointment* **This is an adult Muay Thai class - the minumum age requirement is 16 however If you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a parent to sign you into the class. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS**
