ADULT CLASSES
Whether you are stepping onto the mats for the first time or bringing years of experience with you, our adult programs offer a place to learn, challenge yourself, and continue growing. We welcome students with a wide range of goals—from improving fitness and learning practical self-defense to building confidence, developing new skills, and preparing for competition.
Our experienced coaches provide structured instruction in a professional and supportive environment. You do not need to be in shape or have any previous martial arts experience to begin. Just come ready to learn, work hard, and become part of a team that wants to see you succeed!

JIU JITSU
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that uses technique, leverage, and control rather than striking. You will learn takedowns, escapes, positional control, and submissions while building confidence, fitness, discipline, and practical self-defense skills.

MUAY THAI
Muay Thai, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a striking martial art that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. Training improves fitness, coordination, confidence, and practical striking skills in a structured and supportive environment.

BOXING
Boxing is a striking sport focused on punches, footwork, head movement, defense, and timing. Training builds cardiovascular fitness, coordination, confidence, discipline, and effective striking skills for all experience levels.
-
Adult classes begin at 15 years of age and older
-
Participants must be 18 or older to enroll themselves and sign liability waivers or membership documents. This requirement applies to regular memberships, trial classes, visitors, and seminars.
-
Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present before participating. The parent or legal guardian must personally complete and sign all required liability waivers and membership documents at the Academy.
-
Waivers for minors cannot be emailed or sent home to be returned later. Requiring documents to be completed in person allows us to verify who is signing and confirm that the individual has the legal authority to consent on the minor’s behalf. Our waivers are also completed electronically on an Academy iPad through a system connected directly to our membership and billing software, so we cannot properly issue or process them as emailed or paper forms.
-
No other individual may sign on behalf of a minor. This includes siblings, relatives, grandparents, family friends, or accompanying adults. The only exception is a legally appointed guardian who provides appropriate guardianship documentation for verification.
These requirements apply without exception and must be completed before a minor may participate in any class or event.
